Lacrosse Weather Station.
Irontonwebcams.com uses a LaCrosse WS2310 system as the secondary weather station. The system includes a console (top), with separate units (Bottom L to R) for thermo/hygrometer base, anemometer, and, rain guage. The anemometer experienced interference in the connection wire that lead to false/erratic wind speed readings. This was resolved by changing the standard connection wire with shielded wire. Both the anemometer and rain guage were retired when the Davis system was put in service in January 2007. The LaCrosse unit is now used with the bundled Heavyweather software to generate some of the weather banners provided by irontonwebcams.	Manufacturers image Image links to manufacturer website
